The thrill and success of my Himachal Trip last year led to the planning of my second solo trip. The final contenders for destination were Assam, Meghalaya and Arunachal Pradesh, or North West Bengal and Sikkim. After much deliberation, research, chopping and changing of plans, Sikkim came out ahead. Having got a relatively long break this time, I had the latitude to choose the span of time in which to plan my departure. With Alex's wedding in Manesar on the fifth and Ayush's wedding in Karnal on the twenty second of April, both close to Delhi and unavoidable for me, I decided to plan my two week trip between these two joy filled events.
